It dries in 30 minutes and can be top-coated in two hours. Commonly used as a stand alone paint/primer on textured ceilings.

Seals stains on interior drywall, plaster or wood prior to repainting with either alkyd or latex paints in any level of sheen. Use to block out water or nicotine stains on acoustical tile. It is also an excellent choice for sealing soot and smoke stains on fire damaged walls. It can be confidently used for maintenance work on occupied premises. This product can be used on exterior masonry surfaces and for spot priming on exterior wood, shingles and composition siding.
Limitations
Do not apply if the surface, material or ambient temperature is below 45 °F.
Do not use as a whole house paint primer on siding.
