Benjamin Moore Crowfoot – Returns and Exchanges Policy

Accepted Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on the following products:

- Tinted coatings.

- Gift cards.

- Damaged or used products or products with damaged or worn packaging (to the exclusion of defective products).

- Special order products.


We will accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on all other products.


Conditions

We will accept a return, exchange, or process a refund under the following conditions:

- You return or exchange the product to a store in person within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns by mail, delivery, or courier.

- You produce an original receipt or a copy of the receipt for the purchase.

- In the case of a refund, you are able to accept the refund under the same method of payment that you used for the original purchase.

In addition to the above, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% on any returns on paint products over 4 gallons.


Defective Products

We are happy to exchange or replace items if they are defective. Please visit us in store with the product or a sample of the product to demonstrate where the product defect has occurred.
